Weekly Update (March 21-27)

WEEKLY UPDATE:
-Was on set assistant-producing for production days 1-3 of Seidule Films’ new feature, COVER ME.
-Worked on creating call sheets for production days 8-10 of Seidule Films’ COVER ME.
-Revised 10 pages of the NICHOLAS: ACT I screenplay.
-Brainstormed some trailer ideas for NICHOLAS ACTS II and III.
-Worked on booking a date for the HP 15th anniversary gala.
-Continued to get “settled in” with the new iMac (mostly figuring out the most efficient way to deal with the 6, soon to be 7, external hard drives we keep our projects on).

ON THE AGENDA FOR NEXT WEEK:
-Production days 4-5 for Seidule Films’ COVER ME.
-More revisions for NICHOLAS: ACT I.
-Watching some Final Cut X tutorials.

QUESTION FROM A FAN:
“How far in advance to you plan your movies?”
Plans are always changing depending on the availability of key volunteers, but generally speaking, HP usually knows what the “next” movie will be after the current project. So, the short answer to that question would be: “a year-two years”. We currently have plans through the end of 2016 with a very small project penciled in for 2017. However, those plans are always subject to change.
